Webb31 aug. 2016 · If he/she still can’t search the documents added before, we can re-index the SharePoint site via Site settings > Search > Search and offline availability > Re-index site > OK instead of re-indexing the libraries one by one. Yes WebbWhen I search for some user like John or Peter Sharepoint doesn't return any results, it just says: "No items match your search". I have used the list settings to reindex the list and in the site settings for offline search but nothing seems to resolve this issue. I tried the most common issues like: permissions, reindexing, offline search, etc.
