More specifically: When a player with settled status (non-UK player playing in the UK) agrees to a new contract and is given a work permit, it seems like the work permit actually isn't given after all. After signing, the player is still listed with settled status. WebNov 1, 2024 · Not sure if it is a bug or design change. There used to be a delivery setting in the messages to deliver the scouting finished messages to scout center rather than inbox. This makes a huge difference when I have a pretty big shortlist and if we have ticked keep the scouting report updated.

It seems to sort itself out after a few games, and occasionally breaks again at other points.
